From: Netherlands

This iconic soundtrack album, released in 1972, marked a unique blend of progressive rock and cinematic storytelling, perfectly capturing the essence of French filmmaker Barbet Schroeder's visually stunning film La Vallée. Recorded in France during the band's touring schedule, the album's creation was a testament to Pink Floyd's innovative approach to music production. The result is a timeless and atmospheric soundscape that continues to captivate audiences to this day.
