Joyful Mysteries Rosary with Morning & Evening Prayers | Saturday, May 9, 2026

A complete Saturday Rosary experience — the Joyful Mysteries with both a beautiful Morning Prayer and a closing Evening Prayer, both drawn from today's Gospel.

This special daily rosary is spoken in a calm male voice with no background music, creating a pure and focused space for prayer. Whether you begin your day with the Morning Prayer or end it with the Evening Prayer, this rosary is designed to carry you through the entire day in peace and faith.

Morning Prayer – Hated Yet Chosen "Dear Lord Jesus, on this new morning as I prepare to pray the holy Rosary, I come before you with an open heart. Your Gospel today warns that the world may hate me because it hated you first. You chose me out of the world, so I no longer belong to it and the world hates me for that reason. You remind me that no servant is greater than his master. If they persecuted you, they will persecute me. If they kept your word, they will keep mine also. Help me today to face any opposition or rejection with courage and steady faith. Do not let me feel surprised or discouraged when others turn against me for your sake. Through the Rosary mysteries, keep me strong as one you have chosen. Amen."

Evening Prayer – Thankful Endurance "Dear Lord Jesus, as this evening comes and I conclude my prayer of the holy Rosary, I thank you for guiding me with your Gospel today. You warned that the world hates those you chose because it hated you first. I do not belong to the world, and a servant is not greater than his master. Thank you for the grace to face any hatred or rejection I met today without losing heart. For the times I felt discouraged or failed to stand firm, I ask your mercy. Strengthen my resolve to live as your chosen one with faithful endurance tomorrow. Through the intercession of Mary. Amen."

The Joyful Mysteries celebrate the Incarnation and the early life of Jesus Christ. As we meditate on them, we ask for the fruits of humility, love of neighbor, and joy in God's plan.
