FMQ 123 You talkin' to me over there? podcast
You talkin' to me over there? the 5 minute podcast Let's have a talk, a chat, about a different way of using your self talk inspired from as usual listening to someone else (on the Art of Charm podcast which is brilliant!) and taking a snippet and developing it further. Using the third person, talking to your self in the third person can remove emotional tie. This is not surprising when you think about it as we have been using dissociation to remove the emotional connection. Using auditory, your inner voice, and then let us take it further to really use this process and I believe make it stronger and more useful. Isn't great when we do this? a real example of the integrated field of learning - 'THE FIELD' - and allow our imagination to develop ideas that you too can take in your direction, any direction. So so cool....... Shine brightly Paul Please remember you can leave a comment or email me with questions, requests and feedback.
