Cardinals Underground - Class Of The Draft

Yes, we are opening with a mention of Valentin Senn, but Paul Calvisi, Darren Urban and Dani Sureck quickly turn their attention to the Cardinals’ draft class and what it all entailed. The discussion included the thought process of the Cardinals during their trade in the fifth round, Denzel Burke and why they were OK with the opportunity cost; collecting all those cornerbacks and what the battle will be like in the secondary; the benefit of getting both Walter Nolen III and Will Johnson, two guys considered first-rounders pre-draft; what Johnson can be; a Belichickian episode of Getting Cultured; the Shedeur saga; Cody Simon’s chances to start; Jalen Milroe’s winning behavior; and Paul updates the power poll of incompetence.
