A player starts by dribbling two basketballs simultaneously, focusing on keeping their head up to see the court. The series progresses from basic simultaneous dribbles to alternating dribbles, then to more advanced moves like two-ball crossovers, between-the-legs, and behind-the-back maneuvers.
