Rachel Hunter is the girl from Glenfield who made the big time.

She was a teen who left school, became a supermodel, married Rod Stewart and became an international celebrity. These days she travels the world as a spiritual teacher and we were lucky enough to grab her for a few hours when she was back in NZ recently.

In this episode we talk about her lifetime in the spotlight, her two week silent retreat, life after Rod Stewart, Being Stacey’s mum and *that* Trumpet Ad, her relationship with the late great Andy Haden, wellbeing myths and all the best stories in between.
