Obliterated

In this hilarious and lively episode of Billified: The Bill Moran Podcast, Bill welcomes back two fan-favorites: Mark The Soldier and comedian Doug Phelps! The show gets off to a funny start as Bill admits he forgot to tell Doug what time they were starting, leaving Doug perfectly on time—just not for the podcast's early kickoff!

With the school year just around the corner, Bill and Mark, who works in education, dive into a funny and relatable discussion about Meet the Teacher Night. They play a clip of a mom who hilariously dodges becoming the Room Mother or Team Leader, declaring herself as the "Venmo Mom." Bill and Mark chat about how school parent groups can get pretty clicky, sometimes leading to power struggles.

Doug then shares stories from his soggy but enjoyable charity golf outing earlier in the week—and even hints at a victory in the love department! Bill chimes in with a story from the gym that made him think of both Doug and Mark. After spotting an old man struggling to stretch, Bill humorously compares the man to a bug stuck on its back and warns his buddies about the importance of staying limber.

The conversation takes an insightful turn as Bill plays audio of Miami Dolphins Quarterback Tua Tagovailoa, who contrasts the impact of a coach who told him he sucked with another who praises his accuracy. Bill reflects on how the attitude of bosses can make or break performance, sharing some of his own stories about miserable bosses who seem destined to self-destruct.

Doug gets a chance to brag about his love life, while Bill shares some unexpected relationship tips from a female porn star that might just improve your life. Finally, Bill confesses he's still hooked on the Netflix show Obliterated, which he insists is so bad it's good. He checks out reviews on Mark's suggestion and finds that the critics agree!

To wrap things up, Bill throws a hypothetical question at Mark and Doug—how will they answer? Find out and enjoy the laughs along the way!
