Chuck Robbins, the Chair & CEO of Cisco welcomes India's semiconductor capacity. Speaking at a panel on tech sovereignty with Haslinda Amin at Bloomberg's New Economic Forum, he says its important for companies to work closely with governments. He spoke about the sovereign critical infrastructure his company has launched in countries to exercise control over systems.
