GameStop CEO Ryan Cohen says he would go directly to shareholders with his bid to buy eBay while speaking with Bloomberg News' Ed Ludlow on Bloomberg Tech. Following his comments, eBay's stocks fell to a session low. Cohen also spoke about GameStop's financial turnaround under his leadership.
