The death of Nolan Wells has been in the national spotlight since he was reported missing in the first hour of July 5, 2026. His body was found at 8:45am on Monday, July 6, 2026 at the northwestern tip of Horn Island. Joseph Scott Morgan and Dave Mack discuss the unanimous decision not to indict: All 23 participating grand jurors returned a "No True Bill" after hearing from 43 witnesses and looking over the investigation that included 132 subpoenas.
