Awaken Hope - Worthiness with Lindsay Manfredi

LINDSAY MANFREDI IS ...

... a musician, international bestselling author, speaker, inspirational life coach, and truth-teller with a passion for helping others come home to themselves. Best known as the bassist for the multi awarded, rock band, Cold - with two gold albums under their belt - Lindsay has spent her life on stages and in the trenches - searching, stumbling, healing, and rising.

She is the author of Unfuckwithable: A Guide to Inspired Badassery, and her follow-up, The Girl Who Cried Love: A Pivot to Self-Worth, is a reclamation story for anyone who has ever lost themselves in love, only to find something even greater on the other side and ranked #1 in Self-Help, Self-Esteem, and Biographies of Musicians and Composers in the USA, UK, Canada, and Germany.

A two-time TEDx speaker, Lindsay has spoken on the power of music and the transformative impact of organizations like Girls Rock Indianapolis. She is also a passionate voice for self-love, self-worth, empowerment, and radical healing. Lindsay is proudly endorsed by Ernie Ball, Jim Dunlop, Ashdown Engineering, Black Flys Eyewear, and Sullen Clothing Company, and has two signature series basses with Diamond Guitars.

When she’s not writing, touring, and coaching, Lindsay can be found spending time with her friends, pouring candles, cooking, reading, seeing the bands she loves, traveling, lifting heavy things, and listening to all genres of music (except country) ;-).

She’s always practicing the art of becoming.

She lives in Los Angeles, but ...

... HER MAGIC IS UNIVERSAL.
