With over 20 years of experience in the charity sector - from touring with U2 to managing the Ambassadors and high-profile talent programme at Amnesty International UK - Lucy draws on her experience working with over 250 incredible artists and a personal network of over 500 charities to guide talent, brands, and high-net-worth individuals in creating meaningful impact.

She deeply believes in the power of arts and culture to shape a better world, a conviction ignited by her own philanthropic journey that began at age 13.
