Kirsten and I were taking a day off, relaxing and being present, when 4 pm hit and we realized we hadn't set our weekly goals. We've been doing this every single week for 6 years, no matter what! 📅 But today, with all the responsibility of running PT Domination (1548 active clients!) and planning our Fit Pro Live event (172 people confirmed!), I just didn't want to do it.
