Because winning is easy when your content's hitting, your clients love you, and life's in momentum. But what about when your Instagram gets restricted, your content stops performing, and clients are dropping like flies?

That's when most fitness coaches get caught in a vicious cycle. The situation sucks, you focus on everything that's not working, which leads you to notice more problems, which creates even more negativity - and suddenly you're spiraling. But there's a fundamental difference between those who stay stuck and those who break through to the next level.

The truth is, when you're in a place where nothing's working, you have to be delusional enough to believe that everything is going to turn around and that it's right around the corner. You have to convince yourself that you're just three feet from gold when all evidence suggests otherwise. Because that level of unshakeable belief is what separates the $10K coaches from the $100K coaches - they always find a way to win, no matter what life throws at them.
