Father on Trial for Son's Murder | Nick Reiner Back in Court + Idaho Twins Case

A father is on trial over the death of 7-year-old Ethan Hauschultz.

Prosecutors say Timothy Hauschultz created the punishment that required Ethan to carry a 44.4-pound log and then left his 14-year-old son Damian in charge.

Damian later admitted hitting and kicking Ethan and covering him with snow. He pleaded guilty to reckless homicide.

Now the jury has to decide whether Timothy can also be held criminally responsible.
