Those were the famous words of one Jeff George when he was the starting QB for the Washington Redskins, circa 2000. Of course, for HIM, leadership wasn't over-rated. He needed to show some of it, if nothing more than to dilute his earned rep as an aloof mullet wearing slinger. Aaron Rodgers, however, doesn't need to prove anything.
