Memory Lane with Cory Giger: The life of a minor leaguer, then vs. now

Minor league baseball has changed dramatically over the past couple of years, giving today's players a lot more money, amenities and respect than traditionally has been the case. I caught up with former Pitt standout and longtime minor leaguer Jim Negrych to describe what life was like for him coming up through the Pirates' minor-league system. We also discuss how things are much better now for players. If you want some great insight into what ballplayers have had to do and endure to work their way up through the minors, Negrych offers some fantastic stories and memories from his career.
