Appreciating Your Body

Are you happy about your body? Are you thankful for the body that you have? Today I will be guiding you through an exploration of the body inspiring gratitude as we go along. I’d like to tell you about a good friend of mine. Her name is Peggy. She got married about two years ago. She is in her early 40s and just recently left her stressful corporate job. Peggy regularly listens to Find Your Daily Calm. Just recently she thanked me for helping her bring back the tranquility she has longed for for quite a while. She’s enjoying her renewed sense of calm. However, aside from finding more serenity, Peggy and her spouse would like to have a baby. She asked me if meditation could help. I told her it can make her more healthy and perhaps make the conditions in her body more conducive for child-bearing. I also told her about this great podcast she can listen to.
