If Nobody Can Come to Jesus Unless God Draws Them, Isn't Salvation Predestined?

John 6:64-65 sounds very predestination-y. Is it? Greg considers the nature of God's 'drawing' of us to Christ. Are those who are not drawn excluded due to some in God? Or something in those individuals?
