The WallBuilders Show - Vote Like It Matters

Polls are loud, but the ground truth is louder and what we’re hearing in battleground states is giving us cautious optimism. With the midterm elections just days away, we break down why national polling can miss what local leaders and campaigns are actually seeing, and why the only number that finally matters is turnout. If you’ve ever felt tempted to sit out because “my vote won’t change anything,” this conversation is for you.

We also go deeper than horse-race politics and talk about the discipleship problem showing up in Christian voting habits. Plenty of churchgoing believers profess faith while supporting candidates and policies that conflict with biblical values on life, family, and moral clarity. We walk through how to think from a biblical worldview, why duty is ours even when results feel uncertain, and how to resist the discouragement that keeps good people on the sidelines.

Then we tackle election integrity head-on: what has changed in election law since 2020, why voter ID and ballot initiatives matter, and how cynicism can become a self-fulfilling prophecy. Finally, we highlight a high-stakes issue many voters overlook: federal judges. Senate control affects confirmations, and the courts shape religious liberty, constitutional rights, and public policy for decades.
