321: He Made Himself Irrelevant in a $600K Cleaning Business

After joining HSBC, he went from $95K a year to on pace for $600K, with five VAs and a team of contractors running the day to day. The bigger shift was getting himself out of $20 an hour tasks, to the point where he checks in about three hours a week from Colombia.
