Celebrating #BuyAHorseBookDay with guest Susan Friedland - Adulting with Horses

On this special bonus episode of the Adulting with Horses podcast, Heather and Natalie talk with their friend and fellow author, Susan Friedland, author of Marguerite, Misty, and Me. This episode honors the third annual #BuyAHorseBookDay hosted by @HorseandRiderBooks (FB and IG) and @HeelsDownMag (FB) and @HeelsDownHappyHour (IG).

Each year on May 10th, we celebrate all things horse books around the world, whether it is non-fiction or fiction, traditionally-published or independently published. On this episode, we talk with Susan about being an author, come up with ideas for a new book, taking horse books to the mainstream, and reveal the biggest thing authors need: reviews!
