Mom Speaks After Father Throws Two Young Children From Building Before Jumping To His Death

Pennsylvania police say it was “not an accident” that 42-year-old Patrick Lynch and his two children, 8-year-old James and 6-year-old Caroline, were found on the ground after falling from a parking garage. Police believe it was a shocking murder suicide, and the wife and mother of the victims has already provided some insight into what may have happened leading up to the tragedy. Anna Lynch posted that her husband was depressed after losing his job back in August and was just one day away from his first scheduled therapy session.
