Nicole Laurent - Ketogenic diets for mental health

About Nicole

Metabolic Mind Award recipient (2022) and Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Washington with additional training in the use of functional nutrition and ketogenic diets as a treatment for mental illness and neurological issues.

With many years of experience providing behavioral, cognitive-behavioral, and dialectical-behavior therapy I am well-positioned to assist with the emotional and behavioral changes involved in the healing process. I have additional post-graduate level education in functional nutrition and specifically in therapeutic carbohydrate restriction (fancy name for ketogenic diets) as an evidence-based treatment for mental illness and neurological disorders. I transition people to it all the time and see really amazing results!
