Drama continues at the Lindsay Clancy trial. The jury returned to the courtroom without reaching a verdict, telling the judge they are deadlocked and unable to reach a unanimous decision on whether Clancy was in a state of post-partum psychosis when she strangled her three children. The judge sent the jury back to deliberate. Ann Mercogliano has the latest from the courthouse. And there have been many stories about police officers shooting family dogs, but this time it's a donkey. A beloved pet, a baby donkey named Hee Haw, is dead after being shot by officers who were searching for a missing child. Steven Fabain reports it has sparked an emotional response, not only from the family who raised Hee Haw, but across the country. Plus, what was dad thinking? That's what many are asking after police had to break a car's windows to save twins who authorities say were left alone for hours outside a bar. When the father finally showed up, his excuse was that so many people wanted to dance with him that he couldn't leave. And it caused total chaos at the crossroads of the world. Police fatally shot a deranged woman in Times Square after she had just stabbed a 32-year-old woman to death. Today we are learning more about the victim, a successful executive who worked her way up to vice president at Bank of America. Justin Finch reports she had also just celebrated her second wedding anniversary.
