Concerns for Will Campbell?

Jones and Keefe can't help but notice the massive number of injuries that the Patriots are dealing with and added to that list on Sunday was Will Campbell. He suffered a knee injury that is expected to take him out for multiple weeks. Will Caleb Lomu step up in his place or will this become a bigger problem for this Patriots offense?
