On this episode, the boys had Sam Griffiths on the podcast! Sam is a content creator based in the UK and has an inspiring story about how he got into running! Just a few years ago, Sam was struggling with weight and health issues, and found himself in a rock bottom situation.

At that time, Sam made two huge decisions: to travel the world and to start running. Sam didn’t realize at the time that he would not only lose a ton of weight, but he would also become an EXCELLENT runner!

Sam has PBs of 1:07 in the half and 2:29 in the marathon, BUT he is attempting a sub-2:20 at London Marathon this weekend! This was an amazing episode- we hope it inspires you like it inspired us! Enjoy!
