I sat down to record because I was feeling stressed, overwhelmed, and like I wasn't doing enough, even though, when I really looked at it, that wasn't fully true. I talk about how much we glamorize entrepreneurship and business ownership, what "panic working" looks like when you're spiraling, and how I brought myself back to what's important instead of chasing quick fixes or distractions.
