49ERS SQUAD SHOW: SLOPPY PLAY Leads to First Loss of the Season

The San Francisco 49ers committed many mistakes today, their sloppiest performance of the season, and lost 29-20 to the Atlanta Falcons. Numerous penalties at key moments repeatedly wiped out any momentum this team could muster, and the depleted wide receiver corps finally seems to be catching up with the San Francisco 49ers. All of this, combined with the four turnovers the offense committed, was just too much for this team to overcome on the road. The bye week comes at a much-needed time for the San Francisco 49ers, as they look to get healthy ahead of a tougher second-half schedule.
