SHOCKER: Baylor Has NEW Dave Aranda REPLACEMENT Target? Zach Kittley DESTROYS Jeff Traylor's UTSA!

Zach Kittley shakes up the Baylor Bears coaching search after FAU’s explosive 60-29 win over Jeff Traylor’s UTSA Roadrunners. Could Kittley’s Air Raid offense and Texas roots make him the front-runner for Baylor’s head coach vacancy? Cam Stuart breaks down Kittley’s soaring stock, FAU’s bowl eligibility, and the jaw-dropping performance of receiver Easton Messer—whose three touchdown catches and one passing TD have fans comparing him to the nation’s elite.

The conversation focused on how Kittley’s offensive prowess at Western Kentucky, Texas Tech, and now FAU positions him as a surefire candidate for top jobs, while Jeff Traylor’s lopsided loss complicates his own candidacy. Key themes include the importance of Texas ties, offensive innovation, and whether Baylor should also consider defensive-minded coaches for Big 12 success. As homecoming weekend kicks off, Baylor fans are left wondering: Will Kittley or Traylor lead the Bears into the future?
