Florida Gators secure a key secondary addition as Raheem Floyd, a promising cornerback from East St. Louis, commits to Jon Sumrall’s 2027 recruiting class. With back-to-back defensive back commitments, the Gators’ secondary is quickly taking shape—can this momentum solidify Florida’s defense for years to come? Brandon Olsen breaks down Raheem Floyd’s recruiting profile, the drama of his decision timeline, and why Missouri and Ole Miss fell short in the race for his signature. Analysis covers Floyd’s national rankings, physical attributes, and what his commitment means for the Gators’ recruiting strategy.
