RED SOX POSTCAST: Another Night of Futility At the Plate & Another BRUTAL Loss
The Red Sox (27-30) lost their 4th in a row overall and 5th straight on the road with a 5-1, 10-inning loss to the Milwaukee Brewers at American Family Field Tuesday night. It's the 6th walk-off loss of the season for the Red Sox. Liam Hendriks, the 7th Red Sox pitcher of the night, gave up a Grand Slam to Christian Yelich in the Home 10th to end it. ----- Richard Fitts came off the IL and made his 1st Big League start since April 12 on the road against the Chicago White Sox Tuesday night. The 25-year-old tossed 3 scoreless innings (44 P/29 Strikes). Fitts allowed 2 hits, walked 1 and struck out 2. He still does not have a winning decision in 8 career starts dating back to last season. -----
