Have Michael Brandsegg-Nygard and Axel Sandin-Pellikka made the team? | Erik Gustafsson and Justin Holl waived

The Detroit Red Wings played their final preseason game Saturday, and it was the final showcase for the three rookies who really stood out at camp. Axel Sandin-Pellikka and Michael Brandsegg-Nygard certainly did, both having multi-point games. On Sunday, speculation began to swirl their efforts would be rewarded, as Erik Gustafsson and Justin Holl were placed in waivers. If they clear and are sent down this would mean their roster spots would be available. #LGRW
