The Houston Texans’ offseason just got VERY interesting. With potential cap casualties around the league and a loaded free agent market, Houston has a real opportunity to reshape this offense — and some of the names we’re discussing might surprise you. On today’s Locked On Texans, we break down why this offseason comes down to one thing I’ve been saying on previous shows: Houston needs real difference-makers on offense. 🔥 Topics we cover: Potential cut candidates who could breathe life into Houston’s offense Why Kenneth Walker could be the perfect Texans fit Walker’s projected AAV ($8.5M–$11M) and what it means for Houston Why I currently lean Walker > Josh Jacobs The zone-run vision Houston appears to be building toward Could Cole Kmet become a surprise Texans target if Chicago moves on? Why getting free agency right could set up a massive draft win Walker just delivered a Super Bowl MVP performance and brings the exact toughness Houston loves. If the Texans want to fix part of what held the run game back last season — this is the type of move that changes the math. And keep an eye on the tight end market… because if the Bears create cap space, Houston could have a golden opportunity to add a high-level blocker AND receiving threat at great value. 🚨 Bottom line: If Houston nails free agency, the draft board could fall perfectly in their favor. 👇 Drop your thoughts in the comments: Walker or Jacobs?
