Drew Thorpe's latest setback is helping the White Sox track toward losing the Dylan Cease trade

Pitcher Drew Thorpe suffered another setback from his return from elbow surgery last season as he left a minor league spring training start with elbow discomfort. This the latest example of the Dylan Cease trade with the San Diego Padres last year trending toward the White Sox losing this trade. Steven Wilson already got designated for assignment in the offseason. The hitting prospects the Sox got in the deal, Samuel Zavala, was awful in the minors. The other pitching prospect, Jairo Iriarte, is struggling with his command. It is tracking toward a trade loss for the Sox. Then host Todd Welter discusses general manager Chris Getz sharing the latest news regarding Luis Robert Jr's trade market. Finally, he touches on Shane Smith making the team. With all the elbow injuries other young Sox hurlers are having, it is a good thing he was added in the Rule 5 Draft. Support Us By Supporting Our Sponsors!
