Midweek Mini | Babysitter Pretends Baby is Alive and Gives Corpse Back to Mother | Marissa Tietsort

In this true crime story of Love and Murder: Heartbreak to Homicide, host Ky tells you about the tragic case of baby Benson, a two-month-old who met a horrific fate at the hands of his babysitter, Marissa Tietsort. On October 18, 2018, a frantic call from a laundromat in Wausau, Wisconsin, revealed a mother desperately attempting CPR on her lifeless son. How did this happen? The true story was far more horrifying than anyone could have imagined.

Ky recounts the details of how Marissa, with a history of child abuse, inflicted fatal injuries on Benson, covering up the crime instead of seeking help. Join Ky as she explores the dark underbelly of childcare and the devastating consequences of neglect and abuse.

We want to hear your thoughts on this case—do you think the system failed Benson? Share your opinions in the comments below.
