Episide 68 - Unpacking The Stories We Tell Ourselves About Pain
Our brains are super creative. They are always filling in the blanks and interpreting the information we hear and take in. And most of this work is done without our awareness. Tune in to this episode for a small glimpse into what that can look like and a few ideas to help spark that thought process.
