Episode 187 - The Final Stretch: Where Most People Get Stuck
When you've done the work and put in the hours, followed the plan, made progress, just to hit a wall in your progress, it can be incredibly frustrating. That last bit of progress in your rehab, mobility, or strength work often feels impossible. In this episode, I break down why the final 20% of progress often feels impossible, why the plateau isn't just from a single exercise but in how the work is being applied, and how tiny, precise shifts — the kind most people never see — can get you the final shift towards your goals. I share a few examples from my experience with clients, what's actually happening behind the scenes, and why having someone in the room who can see what you can't can change everything.
If you've been stuck staring at that invisible barrier, this episode offers a perspective you won't get by simply trying harder.
