Pete's Pigskin Preview, presented by RiverLand Roofing: Florida at No. 6 Ole Miss

It’s time for another edition of Pete’s Pigskin Preview, presented by RiverLand Roofing. Join MPW Digital football expert Pete DeWeese and 247Sports’ Neal McCready for a look each week at Ole Miss’ opponent as the Rebels go through the 2025 football season. This week, the sixth-ranked Rebels stay home for the final game of a three-game homestand. After beating South Carolina two weeks ago and The Citadel last weekend, Ole Miss (9-1 overall, 5-1 in the Southeastern Conference) looks to close out the home portion of its regular season unbeaten versus a reeling Florida (3-6, 2-4) at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium (6 p.m. CST, ESPN). This week, DeWeese focuses on Florida quarterback DJ Lagway and the Gators’ defense as interim coach Billy Gonzalez prepares to bring his wounded team to Oxford.
