Ep. 599 - Cecily Hitchcock - A raising star of British comedy making her Edinburgh Fringe debut

Cecily Hitchcock is one of the UK’s most exciting emerging comedy talents. An acclaimed stand-up and in-demand MC, her unique mix of surreal storytelling, offbeat observations and razor-sharp crowd work has earned more than 25 million views across social media, with her sketches featured by LADbible, The Sidemen and BrewDog. In 2026, she makes her highly anticipated Edinburgh Fringe debut with Family Recipe, a nostalgic and brilliantly bizarre look back at growing up in 2000s Britain, confirming her status as a comedian firmly on the rise .

Bella Hull is our guest in episode 599 of My Time Capsule and chats to Michael Fenton Stevens about the five things she'd like to put in a time capsule; four she’d like to preserve and one she’d like to bury and never have to think about again .
