Welcome back to the Outdoor Podcast by BowHunterPlanet! We're recording LIVE from Michigan hunt camp, and things haven't exactly gone according to plan!

Dave and the crew are sharing some real-world bowhunting stories, including TWO missed opportunities at deer, frustrating encounters with alert whitetails, and what happens when everything goes wrong at full draw.

But it's not all bad news!

We're also talking about how affordable electric bikes (e-bikes) are changing the way we hunt. From quieter access to hunting locations to hauling gear into the woods, these bikes might be one of the best investments for deer hunters.

**IN THIS EPISODE:**

- Two missed deer and the lessons learned

- Hunting nervous, alert whitetails

- Why early-season bowhunting can be challenging

- Using affordable e-bikes to access hunting property

- E-bikes vs. walking into your hunting spot

- Michigan deer movement and trail camera activity

- Preparing hunting land and accessing stands

- Bow setup, sight-in issues, and shooting confidence

- Why you should never give up when deer blow at you

- Life at hunt camp and the stories that make it memorable

**What would YOU do?** Have you ever missed a deer because of nerves? And would you use a $300 e-bike to get to your hunting spot?
