Disney Made You Love War Machines and You Didn't Even Notice | Occult Disney 110

This episode of Occult Disney covers both Planes movies and explores the bizarre decision to make weapons of war into family friendly characters. From fighter jets with triple digit body counts to the military industrial entertainment complex targeting eight year olds, we analyze how Disney normalized war machines for a new generation. We also discuss the strange world building, the grandparent humor in Fire and Rescue, and why this franchise feels more like a military operation than a creative endeavor.
