4th-and-15 rejected, Sky Judge passed (sort of); Over/unders on DeAndre Hopkins & Ravens | 5/29 #1

Though the NFL tabled the 4th-and-15 alternative to the onside kick yesterday, Florio and Big Cat agree that the change is coming eventually. But they disagree on how best to implement it. A form of “Sky Judge” was passed by the NFL yesterday. So why doesn’t Florio like it? After Bill Belichick was burned by his own loophole last year, the NFL finally closed it. PFT Props: DeAndre Hopkins receiving yards, Ravens & Rams win totals, and best coaches named “Matt.” John Madden is against piping crowd noise into broadcasts without fans. Will hearing players mic’ed up during the game be as awesome as we think?
