Phoenix Suns OUTWORKED By Denver Nuggets In NBA Cup After Dillon Brooks’ Ejection
The Phoenix Suns fell to 1-3 on the season Friday as they suffered a loss to the Denver Nuggets in the first game of NBA Cup play. It was a shootout at Mortgage Matchup Center but Phoenix didn’t quite have enough to keep up with Denver. Dillon Brooks came out on a mission but was ejected early in the second half for a Flagrant 2 committed on Jamal Murray, who became the story of the game with his hot shooting.
