75: Know Your Rival: St. Louis Rams, Seahawks news, new LOB member slams former team

This week's show kicks off with a bit of offseason news. Russell Wilson's agent forwarded a 16-page position paper to the Seahawks front office, Tarvaris Jackson re-signs with the Seahawks, contract talks with Bobby Wagner start and Cary Williams has some interesting things to say about his former team.

The bulk of this show is dedicated to talking about the NFC West rival St. Louis Rams as we get you caught up to date with news from their offseason with Rams Addiction podcast co-host Michael Handshear. We ask about ways the team has improved, where do they need to continue to develop and if they're going to continue to be in St. Louis beyond the upcoming season.

Do better nominees this week include scientists in the field of robotics and a Detroit fan that sought out an autograph on a strange item from a Hall of Fame running back. Brandan nominates the first animal that is better at life than Skip Bayless and Adam highlights Marshawn Lynch's new video game role.
