On this episode of Stock Movers:

CEO Enrique Lores commented on takeover speculation, saying the company remains open to evaluating opportunities, but its focus is on executing its strategic plan.
- Hilton (HLT) shares are responding to the company reporting adjusted earnings per share of $2.29 for the three months through June, beating expectations of $2.27.
