A Thursday Night Football Thriller, Give Aaron Rodgers His Flowers + NBC Sports NFL insider Peter King

On today's episode, Jason kicks things off with a few thoughts on the Green Bay Packers' thrilling Thursday Night Football victory over the Arizona Cardinals. The short-handed Packers had the game in-hand until the last two minutes. After a goal line stand, Kyler Murray marched his team down the field for the game-winning touchdown… only to throw one of the strangest interceptions you’ll ever see. If you haven’t seen the final play of the game yet, make sure you check it out. By the way, can we please give Aaron Rodgers his flowers now? He went on the road against an undefeated team without his top 3 wide receivers and his left tackle, and came out on top. If it wasn’t already clear by now, he’s one of the best to ever do it. Later, NBC Sports NFL insider Peter King swings by to discuss why he believes Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs have struggled a bit this season, why he believes the instability and inconsistency at the quarterback position is the main source behind Kyle Shanahan's coaching record, why he believes the Seattle Seahawks could get a King's Ransom for Russell Wilson if they decide to trade him in the offseason - even if they don't really want to part with him, why football fans should view Joe Burrow and the Cincinnati Bengals as a legitimate threat to make a deep playoff push in the AFC, how the Las Vegas Raiders have been able to right the ship even after the Jon Gruden debacle, why Deshaun Watson's decision not to initially settle his civil lawsuits could end up derailing (at least) 2 seasons of his NFL career, and much more! Finally, Jason closes the show with an NFL and college football weekend edition of the Best Bet.
