Russell Wilson is Hot but Carson Wentz is Not, Another Falcons Meltdown, Why We Need NFL Preseason & Anthony Davis' Mamba Moment

On today’s episode, Jason does a deep dive on all the biggest NFL Week 2 Sunday headlines. He explains why Russell Wilson’s red-hot start to the season could have some Seattle Seahawks thinking another Super Bowl berth is in the cards, why the play of Cam Newton through the first two weeks proves that Bill Belichick is a genius, why you shouldn’t really be surprised that the Atlanta Falcons had yet another historic 2nd half collapse, why the incredible rash of injuries on Sunday to guys like Saquon Barkley and Nick Bosa are proof that we need an NFL Preseason, why it’s time to start worrying about Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz, and much more! Later, Producer Rob joins the show to help breakdown Anthony Davis’ game-winning 3-pointer to put the Los Angeles Lakers up 2-0 in the Western Conference Finals, and the guys discuss why some in the media used AD’s basket to take a shot at LeBron James, why others had such a big problem with one ESPN reporter leaving him off the All-NBA team, and if his recent play in the postseason should put him in the Best Player in the World conversation. Finally, Jason explains why you should put some big money on Jon Gruden and the Las Vegas Raiders in the Monday edition of the Best Bet.
