Russell Wilson to the Dallas Cowboys? + Actor/Comedian Gary Owen

On today's episode, Jason kicks things off by sharing his thoughts on the report in The Athletic detailing the growing rift between Russell Wilson and the Seattle Seahawks. On one hand, the Seahawks have been a winning franchise the entirety of Wilson's career so it's odd that he would want out; On the other, Seattle has done a mediocre job at best building the roster around Wilson ever since he signed his contract extension. This all could come to a head sooner than later, and guess which team is waiting in the wings: The Dallas Cowboys. Wilson would be a clear upgrade over Dak Prescott and he'd save Dallas some money against the salary cap as well. Make it happen, Jerry Jones. Later, actor/comedian Gary Owen swings by to discuss what it was like playing pickup basketball on the set of 'Think Like a Man' and getting dunked on by Darren Collison, the pros and cons of doing a comedy tour during a pandemic, what it was like being trapped in a hotel with no water or power for 3 days last week during that epic snowstorm in Texas, why he's optimistic about Joe Burrow and the Cincinnati Bengals heading into the 2021 season, how Burrow's upbringing has better prepared him for life in the NFL, why he'd like to see the Baltimore Ravens trade for Odell Beckham Jr to pair him with Lamar Jackson, how the comedy club atmosphere is so much different than the 'cancel culture' on comedy that permeates through social media, why former Ravens linebacker Terrell Suggs had an issue with him back in the day, and much more!
