Straight Fire w/ Jason McIntyre - The Jordan Poole Problem, the Wembanyama Sweepstakes + The Athletic's Lakers beat writer Jovan Buha

On today's episode, Jason gets the party started with a deep dive into what's next for the Golden State Warriors. Everyone is clamoring for the club to trade Jordan Poole, but the reality is they may actually be better off trading Klay Thompson and/or Draymond Green. Speaking of change, all eyes will be on the NBA Draft Lottery on Tuesday night as we find out which also-ran will win the rights to take French phenom Victor Wembanyama; Let's just say some spots are definitely sexier than others. Later, The Athletic Lakers beat writer Jovan Buha swings by to discuss why he was a little shocked to see this current group in the Western Conference Finals, the evolution of Austin Reaves and his long-term future with the club, how the Lakers might try to defend the supersized Denver Nuggets front court, the matchup problems Nikola Jokic presents, why he expects the LeBron James-Anthony Davis two-man game to be lethal against Denver and much more! Finally, our fearless leader closes the show with his Best Bets for Game 1 between the Lakers and the Nuggets.
